Emergencies-- 24/7 365 days of the year. Emergencies are sorted out best by phone, not text or email. Call 816-436-3000 anytime or After 4pm call the central station (816)921-9600 or (816)436-3000 option 3, and ask to have a tech return your call. Service call charges will apply if we have a technician come out— phone assistance is no charge.
