Standard procedure:

Standard Procedure for Burglary signals: Location is called to verify, if no answer or alarm not canceled using password, Police will be dispatched, then Call List is called until one person is Notified.

If texting option is chosen, texts go out immediately to all, then calls are made. We need current cell carrier for each cell number (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon etc.)

Standard Fire signal procedure: Fire department is dispatched first, then location is called to verify, if
no answer or alarm not canceled using password, then call list is called until one person is notified.

If you have customized the procedure for your location those instructions will be maintained.
